Manufacturing Technician – Full-Time Opportunity

Location: Surrounding Tallahassee Area

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8–10 Hour Shifts

We are currently seeking a dependable and motivated Manufacturing Technician for a growing production environment. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, staying active throughout the day, and being part of a team-oriented workplace.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assemble materials and components according to specifications
• Utilize hand tools and light production equipment to complete daily tasks
• Pull, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
• Assist with maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Support general production and warehouse operations as needed
• Assist with order verification and inventory-related tasks

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Comfortable working with measurements and basic math calculations
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
• Dependable with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Commitment to workplace safety and company procedures

Preferred Skills:

• Mechanical or technical experience preferred
• Experience using hand tools or working in a production setting
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities

You should be proficient in:

• Tape Measure Reading
• Mechanical Assembly Skills
