Job Description

What You'll Do

• Operate production equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
• Assemble, inspect, package, and prepare products for shipment
• Follow work instructions, production schedules, and quality standards
• Perform routine quality checks and inspections
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Load and unload materials as needed
• Assist with machine setups, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting
• Support continuous improvement and safety initiatives
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals

What We're Looking For

• Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, assembly, or machine operation experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic mechanical aptitude is a plus
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
