What your day will look like:- Support the setup, operation, and monitoring of assigned production workstations and equipment, including loading, catching, trimming, wrapping, banding, assembly, and roll-forming processes.

  • Perform material-handling and production activities, including loading raw materials, catching and stacking finished goods, and safely moving materials using manual or mechanical equipment.
  • Assist Operators by monitoring machine output, identifying and reporting production issues, and supporting basic troubleshooting to maintain efficient operations.
  • Perform production and fabrication tasks using hand tools, power tools, measuring equipment, and other department-specific equipment.
  • Perform Quality Control activities at assigned work centers in accordance with established QC standards, RMA corrective actions, and internal and external customer requirements.
  • Accurately read and apply measurements and perform basic mathematical calculations to ensure production specifications are met.
  • Safely and efficiently perform assigned duties while meeting established production, quality, safety, and efficiency standards.
  • Cross-train in additional production areas and provide support throughout the department based on business needs.
  • Monitor production processes and communicate opportunities to improve safety, quality, productivity, efficiency, and cost control.
  • Understand the impact of materials, labor, quality, productivity, and waste on overall operational performance.
  • Learn and apply new processes, procedures, equipment, and systems within established training timelines.

What we are looking for:- High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, fabrication or productionrequired.
  • Experience using hand tools, power tools, measuring tools, and/or production equipment.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude with the ability to understand and follow process instructions.
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement principles preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs frequently throughouttheshift.
  • Travel may include company locations, customer sites, training sessions, or industry events.
