**Schedule: **9/80 workweek (7:00 AM–5:00 PM; 7:00 AM–4:00 PM on working Fridays, with flexible early start options)
Pay Rate: $30.00-$32.00/hr

As a Manufacturing Technician, you’ll play a key role in building, testing, and improving products that power critical industries worldwide. This is a hands-on opportunity to grow your technical skills, contribute to continuous improvement, and see the direct results of your work.
Assemble and test complex mechanical and electronic components using hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and test equipment
Follow detailed assembly instructions, drawings, schematics, and test procedures to ensure product quality and compliance
Accurately document work through assembly history records, test reports, and production documentation
Perform failure analysis, troubleshooting, repairs, and rework to meet specifications and tolerances
Support the setup of new workcells and test stations using specialized equipment
Maintain a safe, clean workspace while adhering to all safety, environmental, and quality standards (including PPE use)
Identify and contribute to improvements in safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency using Lean Manufacturing principles
Troubleshoot and perform preventative maintenance on production equipment
Provide guidance and training to fellow technicians as needed
Proactively report any safety, quality, equipment, or material issues
3–6 years of experience in mechanical and/or electronics assembly (or equivalent experience)
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong basic math and measurement skills
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications
Experience working in manufacturing, production, and test environments
Strong attention to detail with accurate documentation practices
Working knowledge of production tools, equipment, and processes
Familiarity with ESD handling and FOD practices
Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or evenings when needed
Basic computer proficiency (Oracle, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
Soldering knowledge (J-STD-001 certification a plus)
Experience with hydraulics, gears, or pump systems
Familiarity with Environmental Stress Screening (ESS) equipment (e.g., vibration tables, thermal cycling)
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement practices
