As a Manufacturing Technician, you’ll play a key role in building, testing, and improving products that power critical industries worldwide. What You’ll Do

  • Assemble and test complex mechanical and electronic components using hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and test equipment

  • Follow detailed assembly instructions, drawings, schematics, and test procedures to ensure product quality and compliance

  • Accurately document work through assembly history records, test reports, and production documentation

  • Perform failure analysis, troubleshooting, repairs, and rework to meet specifications and tolerances

  • Support the setup of new workcells and test stations using specialized equipment

  • Maintain a safe, clean workspace while adhering to all safety, environmental, and quality standards (including PPE use)

  • Identify and contribute to improvements in safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency using Lean Manufacturing principles

  • Troubleshoot and perform preventative maintenance on production equipment

  • Provide guidance and training to fellow technicians as needed

  • Proactively report any safety, quality, equipment, or material issues

What You Bring

Required Qualifications

  • 3–6 years of experience in mechanical and/or electronics assembly (or equivalent experience)

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Strong basic math and measurement skills

  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications

  • Experience working in manufacturing, production, and test environments

  • Strong attention to detail with accurate documentation practices

  • Working knowledge of production tools, equipment, and processes

  • Familiarity with ESD handling and FOD practices

  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment

  • Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or evenings when needed

  • Basic computer proficiency (Oracle, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Soldering knowledge (J-STD-001 certification a plus)

  • Experience with hydraulics, gears, or pump systems

  • Familiarity with Environmental Stress Screening (ESS) equipment (e.g., vibration tables, thermal cycling)

  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement practices

Pay Details:$30.00 to $32.00 per hour
