Job Description

**Work week

**- Running and managing the production equipment.

• Safely starting production lines and shutdowns.

• Cleaning equipment between changeovers and setting up necessary equipment per control plan instructions.

• Perform quality control testing on product as it is being produced.

• Maintaining and cleaning the production equipment.

• Maintaining and recording production run records. ( scrap, left over raw materials, etc…)

• Sample products as they are being produced.

• Work with VP Manufacturing and Director of Technical Services and Development on Customer Complaint Investigations.

• Strong manufacturing background

• Attention to detail

• Mechanically inclined

• Reading and following instructions in English

• Basic math skills

• Calibrator knowledge is helpful but not required

• Sit down FL's in facility

*** Pay is once a month after direct hire. 

Safety bonus is $250 per quarter, quality incentive $250 every 6 months.

**Attendance $1.00 per hour work every month for perfect attendance and $.50 per hour for one tardy.

• Troubleshooting Skills
• Tape Measure Reading
• Machine Setups for Production Runs
• Manual Machining Skills
• Injection Molding Experience
