FieldBridge is looking for Assemblers and Machinists in Claremore, OK to work for a global energy technology company. We offer weekly pay + benefits.

Assemblers

$20.00/hour | 1st Shift 7:00 AM–3:00 PM (3 positions) or 2nd Shift 3:00 PM–11:00 PM (2 positions) | Weekly pay every Friday | OT available, currently averaging up to 10-hour days with Saturday work | At $20/hr and 50 hrs/week, earn weekly paychecks of $1,100 gross.

Machinist (3 openings)

$25.00–$30.00/hour DOE | Day Shift 6:00 AM–2:00 PM | Weekly pay every Friday | OT opportunities available | At $30/hr and 50 hrs/week, earn weekly paychecks of $1,650 gross.

Position Overview

FieldBridge is hiring Assemblers and Machinists to support the manufacturing of downhole pump systems and precision-machined components for the oilfield equipment industry. Assemblers stage materials and support final assembly, while Machinists set up and operate CNC equipment to produce precision parts to spec.

Key Responsibilities

Assembler

• Stage materials and components for downhole pump assembly
• Retrieve and organize parts from inventory for production
• Operate pallet jacks, electric pallet jacks, and hand tools safely
• Support production teams to maintain workflow and meet goals

Machinist

• Set up and operate CNC lathes, mills, saws, and related equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Produce precision components to engineering specifications
• Inspect finished products for compliance with quality standards

Required Qualifications

Assembler

• Mechanical aptitude and hand tool experience
• Manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, maintenance, or mechanical trades experience
• Pallet jack, electric pallet jack, or overhead crane experience

Machinist

• Minimum 1 year CNC, lathe, mill, and/or saw machining experience
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Knowledge of GD&T
