Manufacturing Technician – 4-Day Workweek (2nd Shift)

Location: Bellows Falls, VT | Onsite
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 2:00 p.m. – Midnight
Pay Range: $21.63–$24.75 per hour

Four-day workweek. Three-day weekends. No manufacturing experience required!

What You'll Do

As a Manufacturing Technician, you'll operate and monitor specialized equipment used to produce precision optical coatings. You'll work as part of a collaborative team to keep production running smoothly and ensure our products meet high-quality standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Set up, operate, and monitor specialized manufacturing equipment.
• Prepare equipment and materials for production.
• Carefully handle and prepare precision glass components for coating.
• Monitor production processes and identify potential issues.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Perform routine equipment cleaning and basic preventative maintenance.
• Assist with identifying and resolving equipment or production issues.
• Collaborate with teammates to maintain efficient production and support continuous improvement.

Previous manufacturing experience is helpful but not required. We welcome candidates with transferable skills from other hands-on roles or those interested in developing a career in advanced manufacturing.

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay Range $21.63/hour - $24.75/hour
