Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Manufacturing Tech III to join our THAAD factory team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the assembly of complex mechanical systems, ensuring high-quality products that meet customer requirements. The assembly will work in a cleanroom environment, adhering to strict cleanliness and safety protocols. This role is based out of Nashua, NH (NHQ) and will be on Monday-Thursday 4-10 schedule. This position is available for a 2nd shift schedule from 3pm to 1:30am. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • High level of attention to detail

  • Assemble parts for an electromechanical assembly 

  • Operate and maintain cleanroom equipment, including workstations, tools, and assembly equipment 

  • Follow strict cleanliness and safety protocols to maintain a cleanroom environment 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and quality 

  • Read and follow manufacturing processes and drawings 

  • Utilizes fixturing to accurately build assemblies 

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. 

  • Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing environments

Required Skills and Education

  • High School Diploma or GED 
  • 2 years assembly experience 

  • Must be able to lift 20-40 lbs 

  • Must have the ability to obtain a Secret Clearance 

  • Ability to possess and handle energetics 

  • Experience working with large, complex builds 

  • Ability to work in a cleanroom environment 

  • Effective communication and teamwork skills 

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and quality 

  • Experience reading and interpreting work instructions and mechanical drawings 


Preferred Skills and Education

  • Experience with cleanroom equipment, including workstations, tools, and assembly equipment 

  • Experience with lean manufacturing tools, including 5S and visual management 

  • Familiarity with cleanroom protocols and procedures, including gowning, cleaning, and sanitizing 


Typical Education and Experience

Typically a High School Diploma and 2 years work experience or equivalent experience
