About the Role:
 As the MFG Supervisor, you’ll coordinate production activities to meet delivery timelines, work closely with Leads, and collaborate with support departments to maintain an efficient workflow. Your role involves training and motivating team members, maintaining safety and quality standards, and driving productivity across manufacturing lines.


Essential Job Functions:

  • Ensure finished products meet MeriCal and customer quality standards by enforcing adherence to Batch Record directions.
  • Oversee production paperwork accuracy, identifying and addressing discrepancies with QA, MFG Managers, and Tech Ops.
  • Coordinate equipment needs with Maintenance to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
  • Prepare and stage production areas according to SOPs for seamless job transitions.
  • Ensure accurate documentation, including line cleaning logs and production records, and assign tasks to team Leads and personnel.
  • Provide training and support for team members to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant production practices.
  • Lead by example with strong attendance, conduct, and productivity, fostering a positive work environment.


About You:

You are an experienced leader who thrives in fast-paced production settings. With strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset, you bring a thorough understanding of quality and safety standards to every aspect of your work.

Work Experience Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years as a Production Supervisor, ideally in an FDA-regulated environment.
  • Skilled in interpreting production paperwork, GMPs, and safety protocols.
  • Strong math skills for tracking production metrics accurately.
  • Ability to stand for long hours and lift over 50 lbs.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle personnel and production challenges effectively.


Education Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Associate Degree
  • Solid understanding of production processes and FDA compliance
