**Manufacturing Supervisor – 2nd Shift

** Plant Manager

** Full-time, exempt
**SCHEDULE:
**4 – 10-hour days, 3pm - 1am, may vary based upon production/demand
**OUR OPPORTUNITY:

The Manufacturing Supervisor will oversee our 2nd
shift powder coat paint line, welding and fabrication teams. They will ensure the production of company products at the highest quality at the lowest possible cost, meeting company performance standards and customer specifications and delivery requirement, in accordance with company policies and procedures.
**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
**
Prioritize
, schedule, and delegate work assignments.
**Establish
**or adjust work procedures to meet production schedules.
**Interpret
** specifications, blueprints, and job orders to associates and assign duties.
**Act
** as a technical resource to address and resolve inquiries and problems.
**Document
** and assure compliance with all safety, HR Policy, and reporting requirements.
**Coach
**employees, manage performance and create a culture of high engagement.
