Job Description
As a Manufacturing Supervisor – Post Exhaust, you play a critical role in ensuring stable, compliant, and efficient manufacturing operations following clean room processes. You are the operational owner for post clean room production, responsible for turning complex workflows into predictable, high‑performing systems. Through strong leadership and disciplined Lean practices, you help Teledyne TWT deliver high‑quality products on time while building a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. In this role, you lead from the floor, drive clarity through data, and bring calm and structure to dynamic manufacturing environments.
What you’ll do
- Own post clean room manufacturing processes to deliver compliant product on time and to specification
- Lead daily production activities and monitor performance against quality, cost, and delivery goals
- Identify bottlenecks and waste, improving flow, throughput, and inventory health
- Apply Lean manufacturing principles to stabilize and optimize operations
- Track and publish key performance indicators including backlog, inventory drivers, and nonconformance cost
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives such as 5S, Kaizen, and value stream analysis
- Partner cross‑functionally with Quality, Engineering, Planning, and Supply Chain
- Supervise, coach, and develop manufacturing staff
- Set clear priorities and expectations, especially during periods of change
- Plan long‑term equipment and workforce needs aligned with business growth
What you need
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations and Lean methodologies – required
- Ability to analyze data, identify root causes, and drive sustainable improvements – required
- Experience leading and developing manufacturing teams – required
- Experience in regulated or high‑volume manufacturing environments – preferred
- 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing operations or process improvement – required
- Prior hands‑on experience as an individual contributor – required
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Operations Management – preferred

Salary Range:
$77,900.00-$103,800.000
The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate.
