**Position Summary **
Geremarie, a Division of Patrick Industries and a leader in precision aluminum manufacturing, is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead and support our production team. This hands-on role combines leadership responsibilities with active participation in daily operations such as fabrication, assembly, or finishing. The Supervisor ensures production goals are met while maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency standards consistent with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support production employees during shifts, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and productivity goals
Train and mentor team members on equipment use, safety procedures, and best practices
Assist in scheduling, workload distribution, and monitoring attendance
Facilitate communication between management and frontline employees
Lead continuous improvement efforts and participate in problem-solving activities
Perform hands-on fabrication, assembly, or finishing tasks as required to support production flow
Review and interpret engineering prints, work orders, and process instructions to guide team activities
Monitor equipment operation, perform basic troubleshooting, and coordinate maintenance as needed
Maintain accurate production documentation and use ERP or shop floor systems to track progress
Conduct quality inspections to ensure parts meet specifications and identify defects
Enforce company safety policies and PPE use, conduct safety audits and address hazards promptly
Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work area

Pay Range
A reasonable estimate of the hourly pay range for this role is $60,000 - $75,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location.
