Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and personnel within the mill?turn department to ensure smooth workflow
- Ensure production schedules are achieved efficiently while maintaining accuracy and quality standards
- Monitor, manage, and optimize the performance of WFL mill?turn machines
- Collaborate cross?functionally with Programming and Quality teams to improve processes and resolve issues
- Enforce safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives across all departmental activities
- Maintain appropriate tooling inventory to support ongoing and planned production requirements
- Lead and support team members in troubleshooting production challenges and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and product quality
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to support operational goals
- Build, develop, and sustain a strong, motivated, and high?performing production team
Required Qualifications/Experience:
- High School Diploma required
- 2-year Associate’s degree or higher education preferred
- Manufacturing leadership experience supporting safety, quality, production goals and cost metrics
- CNC machining experience required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Effective problem-solving skills with the ability to accurately document corrective action
- Excellent written and verbal communication with interpersonal soft skills
- Exhibits consistent professionalism in conduct, communication, and workplace interactions
- Developed approach to conflict resolution, skilled in navigating challenging conversations with confidence and tact; does not avoid confrontation when necessary for team success.

Salary: $30-$35/hr
