Job Overview:
This position will work the swing shift, Monday- Friday and is a fully on-site role based in Fremont, CA.

We are seeking a steady, systems-minded Manufacturing Kanban Supervisor to support daily manufacturing operations through clear processes, consistent execution, and professional leadership. This role focuses on maintaining material flow, inventory accuracy, and a safe, well-run floor environment. This position reports to the Senior Manufacturing Manager and is a fully on-site role based in Fremont, CA.
Role and Responsibilities:
• Support daily Kanban operations with a focus on consistency, safety and flow
• Ensure inventory processes are followed accurately (receiving, storage, transactions, counts)
•Monitor floor conditions, material readiness, and line-side support
•Coach team members through clear expectations and standard work
•Identify process gaps early and escalate to key stake holders proactively
•Maintain accurate documentation and support continuous improvement efforts
•Lead and support safety programs to ensure a safe working environment for employees and visitors
• Hire, train, and develop material handling staff to support plant ramp up and continued operations
• Support the launch of new products and processes in collaboration with cross functional teams

• Inventory transactions are accurate and timely
• The floor operates with predictability and order
• Team members understand expectations and are actively supported
• Issues are addressed early, not after impact
Skills and Experience:
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment as a Kanban Leader
• Proven track record managing a minimum of 100+ raw materials of varying complexity and operational need
• A strong aptitude for learning and mastering new skills, such as forecasting and fleet management
• A high level of self-awareness and a strong sense of ownership over departmental results
