Job Summary

As a Manufacturing Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing and improving manufacturing processes in the areas of electronics and software troubleshooting in production. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and develop solutions. Your focus will be on optimizing production processes, reducing costs and ensuring compliance.

Responsibilities

Providing Electrical and Software technical support to production teams.
Troubleshooting electronics and software challenges in production.
Developing and implementing manufacturing processes and systems.
Designing tools and equipment used in the manufacturing process.
Conducting root cause analysis, troubleshoot, and improve processes.
Ensuring products are manufactured to meet quality standards.

Requirements

Possess a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Proficiency in technical problem-solving
Be familiar with multiple programming languages such as Python, C#, and C/C++
Have excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

Compensation and Benefits

The base pay for this position is $80,138 to $100,173 per year depending on the geographic market.
Dependent on the position offered, annual bonuses and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of the compensation package.
