We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Shop Janitor to join our team in Conroe, TX (77301). Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of the manufacturing shop, including floors, machinery, and equipment.
• Ensure all areas are free of debris and hazards to promote a safe working environment.
• Dispose of waste materials in accordance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies and materials.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to the supervisor promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain cleanliness standards and improve processes.
• Follow all company policies and procedures related to health and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a janitorial or maintenance role is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
