Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality management systems and processes to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and develop action plans for corrective measures.
- Train and mentor staff on quality standards and best practices to foster a culture of quality within the organization.
- Prepare and present quality reports to management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and standards to ensure compliance and maintain certification.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field, Master's degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems (ISO, Six Sigma, etc.) and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in quality tools and methodologies, including root cause analysis and statistical process control.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Leadership experience with a proven track record of driving quality improvements.
