About the Role

Manufacturing Quality Engineer responsible for facilitating root cause analysis and implementing corrective and preventive actions related to fabrication and assembly quality events.

What You’ll Do

Facilitate 8D process for fab and quality events

Manage Material review board (MRB) process for non-conforming material

knowledge of change control process

Familiar with IATF and VDA audits

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (prefer Electrical, Chemical or Physics)
  • Minimum 5 – 7 years of semiconductor industry experience
  • Leaderships skills to manage and facilitate cross functional international 8D and MRB teams 
  • Having strong fab and assembly process knowledge
  • Problem solving skills
