About the Role
What You’ll Do
Facilitate 8D process for fab and quality events
Manage Material review board (MRB) process for non-conforming material
knowledge of change control process
Familiar with IATF and VDA audits

Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (prefer Electrical, Chemical or Physics)
- Minimum 5 – 7 years of semiconductor industry experience
- Leaderships skills to manage and facilitate cross functional international 8D and MRB teams
- Having strong fab and assembly process knowledge
- Problem solving skills
