THE WORKThe selected candidate will be the Manufacturing Project Manager (MPM) for the Integrated Common Processor (ICP) program. The MPM will represent Production Operations as the primary interface to the LM Program Management Office (PMO), technical operations (engineering), sourcing, quality and finance teams and act as Control Account Manager (CAM) for manufacturing scope on assigned program.
The MPM will develop and execute manufacturing program plans and schedules to ensure successful execution of production with correct staffing levels. The MPM will lead the manufacturing support team through problem resolution efforts by understanding program goals, tradeoffs and schedules. Upon completion of deliverable items, the MPM will coordinate shipping information with the program manager and communicate to packaging / shipping organization.
The MPM will also support proposal preparation of both new business and changes in scope to existing program.
The MPM will maintain inventory of all Ship Short materials with an action plan to complete. The MPM will maintain a Loan/Borrow plan that is coordinated with all program stakeholders.
The MPM will have responsibility for receipt of all materials to our facility and tracking these materials through all phases of induction and movement to ICP Alpha Lab and subsequent shipment to installation location. For shipping, this includes: PCD generation with instruction for special marking, cost, any special handling, funding; BOM/ABL comparison prior to shipment to ensure we are ready for PCA and/or shipping; PCA planning, scheduling, and execution.
The MPM must be able to execute shipping tasks at all classification levels used in the ICP program.
The MPM is expected to be imbedded with the ICP team in the Manassas Alpha Lab to understand the multiple projects and customers. The MPM will utilize this knowledge to make priority recommendations and develop creative solutions to manage times of operations surge by working across other program and technical functions.

• Candidate must have experience with a technical integration model that involves Commercial off the Shelf (COTS) products to rapidly deliver new features/capabilities to customers, utilizes AGILE development, and has a defined process for the management of obsolesce
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Project management experience
• Demonstrated full spectrum leadership skills
• Demonstrated ability to influence peers both within and outside of Production Operations
• Ability to drive team to implement solutions to complex problems
• Strong analytical and organizational skills

Ability to work remotely
Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

National Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $85,500 - $150,765. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. Premium Pay Statement
