Job Description

Responsibilities

• Design, enhance, and innovate equipment solutions to address complex customer challenges.

• Resolve mechanical and system control issues, ensuring smooth project execution.

• Support sales and leadership with equipment quotes, contractor evaluations, and cost‑saving initiatives

• Maintain strong client communication for satisfaction and travel to vendors to assess new equipment solutions

• Provide staffing and oversight for new and existing production applications, including project closeouts

Qualifications

• Requires an advance technical degree plus a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience or Master’s degree.
• Hands‑on mechanical or electrical expertise, with the ability to understand and troubleshoot both disciplines
• Proven ability to develop solutions for new and existing production applications, including equipment improvements and process optimization
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with customers, plant personnel, and management to drive successful project outcomes.
• Highly organized, responsive, proactive, and an excellent communicator (written and verbal) with strong teamwork and follow‑through skills
