Focus: The Manufacturing Project Engineer is responsible for leading Front-End Loading efforts by collaborating with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, EH&S, Technology, Procurement, Finance, and leadership teams to scope, estimate, and prioritize projects. You’ll ensure optimal technology integration by aligning inputs from Engineering, Plant Operations, Technology Center, Maintenance, and Reliability. Sharing accountability with the Project Manager, you’ll help deliver a technically sound, safe, and fully operational facility - complete with trained personnel and disciplined operations. You’ll guide project teams through option evaluations, feasibility studies, and execution phases, serving as the key liaison between Capital Projects and Operations/Technology providers.
