Manufacturing & Production Workers – Multiple Opportunities

Midwest Staffing Group is hiring experienced Manufacturing and Production Workers for multiple growing companies throughout the North Metro Minneapolis area.

We have a variety of opportunities available, including machine operation, production, assembly, warehouse, material handling, and other manufacturing positions.

We're especially interested in dependable candidates who have at least one year of recent manufacturing experience and a stable work history. If you've built solid experience with one employer and are looking for your next long-term opportunity, we'd like to talk with you.

What We're Looking For:

• 1+ year of manufacturing, production, assembly, or machine operating experience preferred
• Stable work history and demonstrated reliability
• Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Ability to follow work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards
• Good attendance and dependability
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn new equipment and processes

Multiple Opportunities Available

We work with manufacturing companies throughout the North Metro and regularly have openings on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts.

Opportunities may be contract-to-hire, long-term, or direct hire, depending on the company and position.
