About the Role:

As our Gummy Production Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating the production of gummy supplements. Your responsibilities include:

Production Oversight: Directing gummy production activities on a shift basis, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the Gummy production area
Safety & Quality Assurance: Ensuring compliance with safety and quality policies and verifying equipment functionality and safeguards.
Team Leadership: Assigning tasks to gummy operators and providing necessary support and ongoing team development
Compliance Expert: Ensuring adherence to cGMPs, SOPs, and Batch Record Manufacturing.
Quality Assurance: Reviewing process controls, parameters, and batch records.
Communication Hub: Daily updates with adjoining shift leadership for seamless operations.
Continuous Improvement Advocate: Leading with a mindset of continuous improvement.

Possess exceptional communication skills, with the added advantage of being bilingual in English and Spanish, facilitating effective interaction in multicultural environments
Exhibit strong multitasking abilities and thrives in dynamic environments, adept at adapting swiftly to evolving priorities

Qualifications to be a Production Supervisor:

Minimum of 2-3 years experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably an FDA-regulated environment
Previous experience leading a production team in a dynamic GMP-compliant facility
