3rd Shift Production Team Member

Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking dependable Production/Assembly Team Members for a great manufacturing opportunity!

In this role, you will work on a production line manufacturing plastic parts, inspecting finished products for quality, and preparing products for packing. This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where quality, safety, and reliability are important.

Job Duties:

• Work on a production line making plastic parts
• Operate and monitor production equipment
• Assist with injection molding production and machine operation
• Inspect parts for quality and defects
• Remove, trim, and prepare plastic parts as needed
• Prepare completed parts for packing
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety and production procedures
• Work as part of a team to meet production goals

Requirements:

• Previous manufacturing or production experience required
• Injection molding operator experience is a strong plus!
• Experience working around production machinery preferred
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to stand for 8+ hours daily
• Ability to bend, stoop, walk, and move throughout the plant
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Dependable and willing to be a team player
