Responsibilities

• Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands and optimize resource utilization.
• Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as necessary to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality assurance, and supply chain, to ensure seamless operations.
• Analyze production data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Lead and mentor a team of production control specialists, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of materials.
• Prepare and present reports on production performance to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the production process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in production control or manufacturing management.
• Strong understanding of production planning and inventory management principles.
• Proficient in using manufacturing software and MRP systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Significant manufacturing knowledge as well as advanced interpersonal and supervisory skills
