Job Overview:
Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable and experienced Manufacturing Production Associate to support daily production operations in a fast-paced industrial environment. This position requires at least one (1) consecutive year of manufacturing experience, strong math skills, and the ability to accurately read a tape measure. All candidates will complete a skills assessment test during the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with setup and operation of production equipment
- Measure materials accurately using a tape measure
- Perform quality checks using basic math and measurement skills
- Load and unload materials safely
- Package and prepare finished product for shipment
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
- Work with team members to meet daily production goals
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 consecutive year of manufacturing experience (required)
- Ability to accurately read a tape measure (will be tested)
- Strong basic math skills including fractions and measurements (will be tested)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Work Environment
- Industrial manufacturing facility
- Exposure to machinery, heat, and noise
- Required use of PPE
