  • Location: Charlotte, NC (Onsite)

  • Schedule: 4x10 Shifts (Mon–Thurs)

    Day Shift (5:30 AM–4:00 PM) or Night Shift (4:00 PM–2:30 AM)

  • Pay Rate: Up to $22.06/hour

What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll be directly involved in day-to-day manufacturing activities, including:

  • Operating manual machines and industrial equipment in a production environment

  • Performing surface preparation tasks such as grinding, grit blasting, and finishing

  • Using air tools including grinders and air hammers for fabrication tasks

  • Supporting furnace operations, airflow processes, and spot welding activities

  • Handling materials using forklifts, cranes, and manual transport methods

  • Managing blasting and coating materials, including handling 50-gallon containers

  • Conducting basic inspections using micrometers, depth gauges, and measuring tools

  • Following standard work instructions, safety guidelines, and production requirements

What You Bring

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in manufacturing, construction, industrial, or mechanical environments

  • Comfort using hand tools, power tools, and basic machinery

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically active work

  • Willingness to work in both indoor and outdoor environments

  • Ability to obtain forklift and crane certifications

  • Ability to wear a respirator when required

  • Strong reliability, attendance, and commitment to safety

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience operating manual machines or industrial production equipment

  • Background in grinding, blasting, coating, or metal finishing

  • Familiarity with precision measurement and inspection tools
