What You’ll Be Doing:
Develop, improves and implements manufacturing processes. Improve the efficiencies of individual operations and the facility as a whole. Review product designs for compliance with good engineering principles, company standards, and customer specifications. Coordinate activities connected with technical developments.

Schedule: This overtime-exempt and will primarily work eight or more hours per day, five days per week based on business needs. Primary schedule will be 7AM – 4PM Monday to Friday or similar.

Work Environment - The performance of the position requires exposure to typical office areas and manufacturing areas that require the use of personal protective equipment such as steel toed shoes, safety glasses with side shields and hearing protection. The employee is exposed to moving mechanical parts. Temperature of work area may be affected by outside temperatures and machining. The employee is occasionally exposed to odors, airborne particles, and vibration. The noise level in the manufacturing area is usually loud.
