Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Rubber Engineering Team to develop and refine processing procedures and parameters.
  • Serve as a technical liaison between engineering, maintenance, and customer teams.
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve operational challenges using effective problem-solving techniques.
  • Establish process flows and timelines for new product launches.
  • Develop and implement standards for operational procedures.
  • Support and monitor the GROWTTH program and other continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Review current production processes for tooling and efficiency improvements.
  • Reduce tooling damage and minimize secondary operations.
  • Monitor non-conforming rates by part and process; implement corrective actions.
  • Eliminate non-value-added operations and streamline workflows.
  • Maintain a project list and activity log for regular review and updates.
  • Foster positive communication across all shifts and team members.
  • Support daily production requirements and sample production for customer engineering.
  • Provide technical support and training for production staff.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and industrial regulations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in process engineering, preferably in the rubber or polymer industry.
  • Proven experience in developing and optimizing material processing procedures.
  • Strong technical communication and collaboration skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Innovative thinker with a drive for continuous improvement and execution.
