Job Overview:

Lead a plant where your engineering insight, Lean expertise, and leadership truly matter.

We’re looking for an experienced Plant Manager who thrives in hands‑on manufacturing environments and enjoys partnering directly with engineering, quality, and production teams. This role offers full ownership of daily operations, continuous improvement initiatives, and the drafting‑to‑production workflow.

**The Position Offers: **

  • Compensation: $110,000 - $135,000

What You’ll Do

  • Lead daily plant operations across production, quality, safety, and maintenance
  • Collaborate with engineering/drafting teams to review drawings and ensure manufacturability
  • Improve throughput, reduce scrap, and drive KPI performance
  • Develop supervisors and production teams across multiple shifts
  • Manage plant budgets, equipment, materials, and capital projects
  • Implement Lean, 5S, and process‑improvement initiatives

What You Bring

  • 5–10+ years in manufacturing leadership
  • Experience working with engineering drawings, GD&T, or drafting teams
  • Strong background in Lean, CI, or process optimization
  • Proven success improving plant performance and leading teams
  • Ability to influence culture, safety, and operational excellence
