Compensation
- As you evaluate your career options, we recognize that salary is a key consideration. For this role, the pay range is $100,000 - $140,000, with individual compensation determined by your unique skills, experience level, and other relevant factors
Schedule:
- Enjoy a 4-day work week, 10-hours a day (Monday–Thursday Between 6:00am and 6:00pm).
- Additional hours may be required during busier times
What You Will be Doing:
Oversees the day-to-day operations of production employees including training and development, estimating personnel needs, assigning work, and ensuring consistent application of company policies. Provides leadership, coaching, and mentoring to Supervisors. Ensures processes and procedures are updated and created with new product launches.

- Ensure compliance with safety standards, participate in safety committees, and enforce safe work practices
- Provide leadership, direction, and problem-solving support to production teams
- Oversee shop floor operations, ensuring adherence to established processes, safety protocols, and efficiency
- Develop and execute plans to optimize production flow, meet growth objectives, and ensure timely product delivery
- Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and cost efficiency
- Oversee production schedules, tooling and preventative maintenance, and inventory control
- Partner with other departments to resolve operational challenges
- Communicate effectively across all levels, fostering ownership and accountability
- Support new product introduction and collaborate with engineering teams
- Work independently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks with minimal supervision
- Train and develop team members on processes and best practices
- Perform other duties as assigned to support operational goals
- Oversee capital equipment procurement and budgeting, ensuring strategic investments that align with business goals and operational requirements.
- Conduct ROI evaluations for capital expenditures, providing data-driven insights to optimize resource allocation and maximize financial returns.
What You Will Bring:
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in assembly/manufacturing leadership
- Proficiency in reading and writing in English
- Highly organized, self-motivated and can work independently
- Must be highly self-motivated, work with minimal supervision and be able to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills as well as excellent communication skills (both written and oral) with ability to manage multiple priorities

Work Environment:
