Responsibilities

• Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of materials and components.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to minimize excess stock while preventing shortages.
• Analyze production data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to ensure product specifications are met.
• Assist in forecasting demand and planning for future production needs.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes.
• Prepare reports and presentations for management on production planning and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing planning or a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is a plus.
