Job Overview:

Job Title:- Manufacturing Operator

Location: Sheboygan Falls, WI 53085

Duration: 12 months contract with possible extension

Pay Range :- $22-$25/hr.

Key Responsibilities

Support day-to-day manufacturing operations to maintain continuous production.

Operate manufacturing equipment and perform assigned production tasks according to established procedures.

Verify the quality and integrity of materials and equipment used in production.

Identify equipment malfunctions and, with appropriate approval, take corrective action.

Perform in-process analytical testing, including basic work-ups and interpretation according to work instructions.

Follow all safety, quality, manufacturing, and facility procedures.

Work closely with managers, supervisors, chemists, maintenance personnel, and other team members.

Maintain cleanliness of manufacturing areas and production equipment throughout each shift.

Assist the Maintenance team with equipment operation, maintenance, and facility upkeep.

Operate forklifts, hand pallet trucks, hand tools, laboratory equipment, calculators, and weighing/measuring devices as required.

Accurately read and follow written protocols, work instructions, and manufacturing procedures.

Communicate effectively with manufacturing staff and other departments.

Provide basic troubleshooting and process support when issues arise.

Complete required training and follow all applicable regulatory and company requirements.

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma, GED, or HSED.

2–3 years of manufacturing experience preferred.

Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

Basic mathematical skills.

Ability to read, understand, and follow written procedures and protocols.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow direction from supervisors and chemists.

Ability to operate or learn to operate forklifts and material-handling equipment.

Basic computer skills, including the ability to enter and modify information in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds unassisted.
