As a key player in our manufacturing process, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining roller machines to produce high-quality products. Responsibilities

• Operate roller machines to produce products according to specifications.
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal output.
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery to prevent downtime.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Document production processes and report any issues to supervisors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in manufacturing is a plus.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or machine operation role preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
