A leading electronics testing company is seeking aManufacturing Operations Support (Swing)to support the production of precision thin film circuits by performing fabrication, testing, and inspection tasks while ensuring high quality and consistency of components.

Manufacturing Operations Support (Swing)Responsibilities:

• Perform fabrication, testing, and separation processes in the production of thin film circuits.
• Operate specialized manufacturing equipment such as masking, etching, bonding tools, probe stations, microscopes, and visual inspection systems.
• Handle delicate substrates and circuit components with precision, maintaining strict quality standards.
• Conduct visual inspections and verification to ensure product quality and functionality.
• Work independently under direction while collaborating with engineering, trainers, and operators to meet production and quality goals.

Manufacturing Operations Support (Swing)Qualifications:

• Ability to handle delicate and sensitive materials in substrate and circuit form.
• Ability to operate manufacturing equipment such as masking, etching, bonding tools, probe stations, microscopes, or cameras for setup and visual verification.
• Ability to follow strict quality standards to ensure consistency and functionality of thin film circuits.

Shift:

• 2:30 pm to 10:30 pm.

You should be proficient in:

• Microscope Proficiency
• Experience in a Manufacturing Environment
