We are looking for a Manufacturing Operations Program Manager to join our team in one of today’s most exciting technologies. This role will report to the Sr. Director Material Program Management and will be based in Fremont, CA. This is a fully on-site, in office role.
Responsibilities:
Work across the organization to remove roadblocks for the project completion and revenue recognition.
Clearly tie the roadblocks to the business impact to help drive the right sense of urgency.
From the roadblocks, create and organize action items and drive the action owners to resolve them in a timely manner.
Report progress to senior management.
Get results through detail-focused organization and by maintaining a sense of urgency.
Develop detailed reporting and a streamlined process. This will include a proper escalation path and overall awareness across the company.
Skills & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred
5+ years of relevant work experience
Strong program management skills
Strong analytical, financial, and presentation skills
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others
Excellent communication skills - both written and oral
Creative problem-solving and ability to work with ambiguity
Drive for quick results with vision of long term strategy
