Based in SOUTHAVEN, MS, this position is responsible for managing the day-to-day workflow and production output for the Memphis distribution center. This position establishes standards, compliance, scheduling, staffing, and auditing activities to meet customer and company objectives of improved customer service and productivity. Quality and delivery performance will be evaluated against the work produced. Continuous improvement of current processes and the ability to enact change will be critical to achieving success.
