Position Summary
The Manufacturing Methods Engineer develops and improves the methods, tooling, and workflows used to manufacture Tuuci products. With a strong foundation in industrial engineering, this role focuses on establishing safe, efficient, and repeatable production processes that meet quality requirements and support business growth.
Serving as a bridge between Product Development, Manufacturing Engineering, and Production, the Manufacturing Methods Engineer translates approved product designs into practical manufacturing processes. This includes defining assembly sequences, establishing labor standards, designing production cells and fixtures, and developing clear work instructions.
This is a hands-on role that requires regular time on the manufacturing floor, close collaboration with production teams, and ownership of process improvements from analysis through implementation.
