Job Description:

We are a well-established 24/7 injection molding facility seeking a Maintenance Technicianto keep our factory and equipment in top working condition. The primary responsibilities include performing routine inspections and preventive maintenance (PMs) to avoid costly breakdowns, as well as minimizing downtime during emergencies.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair injection molding machines and related equipment/systems.
• Install, set up, calibrate, and align machines/equipment to ensure proper operation.
• Support Manufacturing and Engineering teams as needed.
• Identify, communicate, and implement potential improvements in manufacturing processes and workplace safety.

Preferred Experience, Skills, and Knowledge

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment; injection molding experience preferred.
• Basic working knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
• Strong initiative, organizational ability, mechanical aptitude, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with forklifts, shop tools, hand tools, and measuring equipment.
• Ability to meet physical job requirements, including lifting up to 50 lbs., standing, walking, climbing, bending, and kneeling.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• 7:30am – 4:00pm

Salary: $25- $35 Hourly DOE

Pay Frequency:
