Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair industrial electrical systems and components
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues on production equipment
• Work with PLCs, control systems, motors, drives, and automation equipment
• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on machinery
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, electrical codes, and company policies
• Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to minimize downtime
• Support continuous improvement and equipment reliability initiatives

Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrician card strongly preferred
• 3+ years of industrial/manufacturing electrical experience
• Experience with PLCs (Allen Bradley or similar preferred)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
• Knowledge of OSHA and electrical safety standards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation & Benefits

• $33+/hour depending on experience
• Direct hire – no contract or temp period
