Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manufacturing Machining Lead to join our dynamic team in Franklin Park, IL. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in overseeing our machining operations, ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently. Shift Schedule:

• 7:00am - 3:30pm and some Saturdays

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the machining team to ensure high-quality production standards are met.
• Monitor daily operations and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the machining process.
• Implement and maintain safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
• Collaborate with production teams to optimize machining processes and improve efficiency.
• Train and mentor team members on best practices and new technologies in machining.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a manufacturing facility utilizing machining processes.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a machining environment, with at least 1 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of machining processes, tools, and equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to lead a diverse team.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) Required.
• Must be willing to work OT when needed (including Saturdays occasionally)
