## Responsibilities
Assist in the setup and operation of casting machines and equipment.
Prepare molds and materials for the casting process.
Monitor the casting process to ensure quality and efficiency.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on casting equipment.
Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet specifications.
Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards.
Collaborate with team members to improve production processes.
Document production data and report any issues to supervisors.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in manufacturing is a plus.
Previous experience in a manufacturing or casting environment preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Basic mechanical skills and familiarity with hand tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
