General Laborer – Industrial Manufacturing

Pay: $16.00/hour

Shift: 1st Shift

Location: Eastlake, OH

We are seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to join our manufacturing team as General Laborers. This position involves supporting daily production operations, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and assisting team members to ensure production deadlines are met.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build long-term experience in a stable manufacturing environment. Previous manufacturing experience is helpful but not required; we are willing to train reliable candidates with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Assist the production team with daily manufacturing operations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the facility and workstations
• Help organize materials, tools, and equipment
• Support team members in meeting production and work order deadlines
• Follow all company safety procedures and work instructions
• Perform general labor and production support duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must be able to stand and move throughout the production area for up to 8 hours per shift

• Comfortable bending, walking, lifting, and moving between workstations throughout the day

• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions

• Must be dependable, punctual, and take pride in quality work

• Manufacturing or general labor experience is a plus, but not required

• Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening

• Background check required

Dress Code

• Casual work attire permitted
• Jeans, T-shirts, and tennis shoes acceptable
• Work boots preferred but not required
