Position Details & Pay

• Fabrication Associate: $16.50 / hour
• Location: Broomfield, CO
• Status: Temp-to-Hire (Long-term stability)
• Schedule: Monday – Thursday | 4:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Enjoy 3-day weekends!)
• Overtime: Fridays/Saturdays as needed

Key Responsibilities

• Fabrication: Perform basic assembly, material prep, and cutting/shaping using hand and power tools.
• Manufacturing: Assist with production line operations, component assembly, and equipment monitoring.
• Quality Control: Inspect finished parts for accuracy and defects following product specifications.
• Workplace Safety: Maintain a clean, organized workstation and adhere to all standard safety protocols.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and dependability.
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 35–50 lbs regularly during a 10-hour shift.
• Comfortable working in a active, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Previous warehouse, assembly, or mechanical experience is a plus, but no experience is required—we will train the right candidate!
