Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and quality.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshoot manufacturing issues to minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies.
  • Monitor production metrics and suggest improvements to enhance productivity.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation related to manufacturing processes and procedures.
  • Train and mentor junior engineers and production staff on best practices.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to recommend innovative solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a similar role.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.

  • Familiarity with CAD software and other engineering tools. Solidworks and Spreadsheets is a must to have knowledge of.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
