Supports operations as a contact for out-of-cycle tasks related to raw materials, parts, waste removal, moving kanban cards, updates to electronic productivity and status boards, missing instructions, and quality issues.
Coordinates with engineering to understand risk of deviations and variations in processes.
Minimum of an Associate degree in manufacturing, industrial, mechanical technology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
Minimum of one year of experience working in an engineering or manufacturing environment.
Legally authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship available).
2 years of work experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment.
Ability to read blueprints and specifications.
Understanding of production processes and manufacturing related metrics.
Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Excel.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
