None/Not RequiredWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manufacturing Engineering Manager – Test & Electromechanical Systems to lead a multidisciplinary engineering team responsible for the design, integration, and maintenance of test equipment and electromechanical systems. What You Will Do:
Coach, mentor and develop the performance of a team of test, electrical, software, and manufacturing engineers and technicians.
Oversee the design, prototyping, testing, and deployment of test and electromechanical systems and equipment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, maintenance, and quality to troubleshoot complex issues, enhance equipment uptime and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Establish and standardize engineering processes, documentation, and best practices for equipment design, validation, and maintenance in compliance with industry standards.
Support the implementation of smart manufacturing initiatives and Industry 4.0 technologies to enhance productivity and data visibility.
Manage capital projects involving test solutions and automation or process upgrades.
Define and monitor KPIs related to equipment uptime and project ROI.
Drive preventive and predictive maintenance programs for test solutions.
Ensure team alignment with business goals and customer requirements.
Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience
Leadership experience
Qualifications We Prefer:
Hands-on experience in design and integration of automated test equipment (ATE) and software tools such as LabVIEW or Python.
Working knowledge of automation technologies, sensors, PLCs, and control systems.
Aerospace or defense industry experience.
Proficiency in CAD (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD), control systems design, and engineering documentation tools.
Demonstrated success managing complex technical projects and cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Understanding oof lean manufacturing, Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies.

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
