About the Job
As a Manufacturing Engineering Manager, you will lead efforts to optimize manufacturing operations through continuous improvement, Lean, and cost-reduction initiatives. You will oversee engineering projects from concept to implementation, ensuring efficient processes, smooth product launches, and alignment with company objectives. You will also mentor and develop your team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. You will report directly to the Manager of Manufacturing Engineering II.
