E.D. Etnyre is looking for a Manufacturing Engineering Associate to support and enhance production operations by maintaining accurate manufacturing data and driving continuous improvement. Create and maintain accurate routings, routing standards, work centers, and Bills of Operations in Epicor and PDM Manage
Maintain and update engineering and manufacturing documentation for new and revised parts
Conduct time studies and process time changes to improve accuracy and efficiency
Support value stream teams by ordering materials and assisting with fixture designs
Participate in or lead process improvement events or activities.
Assist with safety improvements to assigned value stream.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Associate’s degree in a related field
In-depth knowledge of engineering bills, manufacturing processes, and work centers
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Collaborative team player with a continuous improvement mindset
Experience with Epicor or similar ERP systems preferred
Manufacturing process documentation
ERP and data management (Epicor/PDM Manage)
Time studies and process optimization
Communication and cross-functional collaboration
Lean thinking and problem-solving
Some bending and twisting required
Ability to lift 10–20 lbs occasionally (and periodically heavier)
