NW Industrial Staffing is currently seeking a Manufacturing Engineer with CNC Programming experience to work for a small and capable company that specializes in creating technical solutions for researchers, automation, and manufacturers. In this role, an engineer will have the opportunity to develop and refine their skills in design, testing, manufacturing, and seeing the market come alive with each technical innovation.

What we are seeking:

• 3+ years as a CNC Machinist with Programming experience
• Fluency with computer-aided drafting such as SolidWorks, Esprit, AutoCAD, and CorelDRAW
• Experience operating and programming CNC Mills, lathes, and Saws.
• Ability to draft technical drawings and schematics.
• Experience in programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines to run prototypes and larger runs.
• Capable of performing production preparation of materials and monitoring workflow of production.
• Great attention to detail and the ability to perform Articles of First Inspection and Quality Control, including reading precision measuring tools
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with all departments and teams
• Be able to perform troubleshooting of designs and prototypes
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. at times.
• Can bend, stand, stoop, sit, push, and pull for an 8-hour to 10-hour shift.
• A growth mindset for learning and adapting to a rapidly changing technological world.

JOB DETAILS: Evaluation to Hire Opportunity

• Location: Eugene, OR
• Hours: 7 AM to 3 PM or 9 AM to 5 PM
• Days: Monday - Friday
• Pay: 50K to 85K DOE
